The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

The hotel is fine, but is very far from a four-star hotel. There isn't enough staff in the hotel, the meals were pretty messy. Restaurant was very crowded, not well-organized.

Nice but needs improvements

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

Só não vou dar 5 por alguns pontos, quando cheguei ao resort nenhum funcionário levou nossos malas ao quarto deu as chaves e nos que encontramos o quatro, o quarto muito limpo mais como cheguei 22h não tem nada la para se comer e tiver que pedi no ifood e nada para se fazer começão 22:30h a apagar as luzes. Mais de restante o resort e bonito e da para curtir bem de amanhã.

Vale muito pela comodidade de estar ao lado do Parque Hot Beach e da Vila Guarani. Nosso agradecimento ao colaborador Julio, pela ajuda e boa vontade dispensada, pois as ruas na entrada do Hotel estavam interditadas, e nao havia sinalizaçao de como chegar, mas ele nos ajudou a acessar a entrada do Hotel.
