Vou sempre neste hotel, eles começaram a cobrar o estacionamento sem nenhuma justificativa e o pior é não ter investido no hostel, falta uma reforma, a mesa de sinuca está uma nojeira, quarto com pintura escuras e pouca luz, o café que não era cobrado e agora com a cobrança está cada dia pior, isso é um descaso.

Quarto espaçoso, porém banheiro ficou alagado e não houve serviço de quarto. Alguns funcionários muito atenciosos e outros não. No primeiro dia péssimo atendimento café da manhã. uma pena que nos dias atuais estes hotéis ainda não tenham produtos para intolerantes a lactose. Hotel é aberto ( quartos externos e em dia de chuva fica desconfortável o deslocamento para os quartos e área de café da manhã )

Hotel até legalzinho. Chegamos cansados, com crianças com fome. Fizemos um pedido de jantar e depois de mais de 1 hora nada. Fomos na recepção atendente muito mal educada. Falaram que ia demorar mais uns 20 a 30 minutos. Crianças já estavam quase dormindo então cancelamos os pedidos. Sorte que tínhamos uns pãezinhos no carro.

melhorias só para o dono do hotel pq para o client

sempre fico no ibis, mas infelizmente essa ultima não gostei. 1- eles começaram a cobrar estacionamento e para piorar o nosso carro ficou no sol e na chuva pq não tem cobertura. 2 - começaram a cobrar os 10% falam q é opcional mas na hr de pagar já coloca tudo embutido. 3 - e para ajudar para quem vai com família e resolvem jantar não tem mais os pratos de comidas maiores agora só individual ou pizza

Gosto muito desse hotel já fiquei fala umas 15 vezes, mas ele vem deixando a desejar no quesito limpeza.. o piso do quarto todo empoeirado, em baixo das camas cheio de pelo e poeira, a sala kids.. dá medo de sentar no sofá.
