OBSERVAÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA

A estadia foi ótima, fui com minha pet e fomos muito bem recebidas, o local é bem família, dá para descansar muito!! Amei os coelhinhos e os cavalos, a gente se sente em casa.... Porém alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para maior conforto do hóspede: na quarto standart que peguei não tinha TV e nem frigo bar, hoje em dia mesmo as categorias economicas tem essa facilidade, acho que deve ser repensado, não tem porta papel higiênico e nem porta shampoo, não entendi o motivo, algo muito simples e outro detalhe que poderia ser revisto é não ter nenhuma cortina na porta francesa que dá acesso direto ao pátio, isso me deixou um pouco desconfortável, mas adoramos nossa estadia, a Nayara é cordialidade e simpatia em pessoa, obrigada por tudo! pretendemos voltar em breve!!

Espetacular e surpreendente

Nossa estada na pousada Villa da Glória foi incrível. Fomos muito bem recebidos. O local é acolhedor e familiar. A experiência na vila é maravilhosa para quem busca paz e descanso e a gastronomia local é surpreendente. Os proprietários estão sempre prontos para servir e orientar. O café da manhã é excelente e saboroso. O visual então, é paradisíaco. O mais difícil é ir embora.

Ambiente agradável, tranquilo, pena não não ter restaurante 😞. Piscina limpa, chalé climatizado, um ótimo encontro com a natureza.Falta lixeira no pátio.E devem orientar uma menina que é afilhada da proprietária, se sente dona da piscina infantil, muito espaçosa e não quer que as crianças brinquem para ela não molhar seu rosto,um criança arrogante.Dever ser orienta, pois os demais tratam com cordialidade os hóspedes .

Foi uma estadia razoável,o local é bem afastado possui uma estrada de chão sem iluminação seria importante colocar algumas placas da pousada no inicio da estrada de chão e perto de uma estância com o mesmo nome(para não se confundir),não possui muito restaurante próximos,mas os que tem são bons. O café da manhã era fraco não tinha muitas opções (visto que é á parte),a cama não era confortável e o sinal era péssimo de internet,o frigobar do quarto era extremamente barulhento,também não possui o kit básico de hotéis e pousadas de higiene no caso shampoo e sabonetes,o lençol de cama estava manchado e as toalhas também estavam bem usadas.A atendente foi extremamente prestativa solicitei um chá e me atendeu educadamente.

Quarto antigo, chuveiro horrível, banheiro tinha mal cheiro, totalmente desorganizados... não nos informaram sobre café da manhã se era incluso ou não. Chegando lá era a parte (R$ 25,00 por pessoa). Cobraram valor absurdo para acompanhante dormir no chão (em torno de R$ 700,00) cobraram ainda R$ 400,00 para criança (06 anos de idade) ... isso para diária de 06 dias, fora o valor cobrado das diárias normais para dois adultos. NÃO VOLTAREMOS!!

As instalações são antigas. Dá para perceber o tempo, porém, esse não é o problema. A pousada divulga TV e Hidromassagem e nenhum dos dois funciona. A Hidro não liga e quando toma banho molha todo o quarto. A TV não funciona em todos os quartos e nós quartos que funciona pega só um canal e com imagem horrível. O pior de tudo é o atendimento. Nós pedimos ajuda com o essas situações e fomos ignorados, nem até o quarto para ver como estava o responsável foi. Depois, precisávamos de uma colher para dar danone ao nosso filho e demorou 1 hora para que conseguíssemos sozinhos a colher, pq de novo, a menina que atendia nós ignorou. Até entendo o desgaste das instalações, mas o atendimento foi a pior parte em ficar na pousada.
