Kayros is a fantastic hotel. Great setting. Wonderfully competent, courteous, kind, professional staff. Clean, well kept, well designed rooms with excellent views. And the restaurant, Compota, is deserving of 5 stars in my opinion.

Quarto Limpo e novo. Banheiro Limpo e bom. Cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Único ponto que faço observação é com relação ao café da manhã, pois necessita de uma máquina de café com várias opções de café, chocolate etc. E mais opções de pães.

Quase perfeito

O hotel, moderno, bem construído e em uma ótima localização, é extremamente limpo e o quarto é espaçoso, bonito e confortável. O café da manhã (delicioso e variado) seria perfeito não fosse a demora da reposição (a exemplo, leite e café) ou a ausência (pão de queijo e pão francês). Outro porém é o estacionamento, que fica na rua em frente ao hotel onde os carros ficam “empilhados” e o próprio hóspede manobra os carros.

Para um hotel dessa categoria, inadmissível sem um estacionamento coberto. Principalmente num dia de chuva como o de hoje, onde o hospede tem que buscar o veiculo longe e acaba todo molhado. Cuidar mais com a limpeza embaixo das camas! Quartos confortáveis e um bom cafe da manhã.

A estadia foi tranquila, pois foi rápida. Mas no Checkin fomos enviados para um quarto que estava desarrumado, toalha pendurada, etc… Avisamos e recebemos um upgrade para outro quarto. No novo quarto não tinha copos, o telefone do quarto não funcionava, apenas o do banheiro, e o ar-condicionado não esfriava tanto. Em contrapartida, o funcionário sempre esteve de prontidão tentando resolver todos os problemas para nos deixar com a melhor experiência. Café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções, e com vista para o rio da cidade. E quanto ao estacionamento, eles se propuseram em guardar o carro pra gente, e buscavam quando precisávamos.

O início foi conturbado pois nos instalaram num apto que não era o padrão que tinha pago e também estava em condições um tanto precárias, porém o staff foi bastante ágil e educado e imediatamente perceberam o erro e nos direcionaram para o apto correto, que era de outro nível de conforto e qualidade. Adoramos o café da manhã e simpatia do staff. Ponto negativo para a TV a cabo, péssima, poucas opções de canais e péssima imagem. Nem tinha netflix, um hotel desse padrão já precisa disponibilizar Smartvs com Netflix. Ótima localização. No geral não achei o custo beneficio compensatório, pelo valor pago já fiquei hospedado com muito mais conforto e qualidade.
