Gostei da equipe, do café da manhã, o hotel é novo e limpo, recomendo, o preço é bom. Apenas uma observação: os lençóis não são de algodão puro,parece tecido sintético, poderiam ser de algodão puro brasileiro, ainda mais em Santa Catarina, terra de tantas marcas marvilhosas como Karsten e Budemeyer. Mas foi uma estadia agradável e recomendo o HOTEL.

Só um ponto de atenção, a recepcionista que não atendeu foi extremamente lenta no nosso checkin in(obs parecia estar em treinamento por isso não reclamei). Um outro ponto em outros lugares eu consegui entrar antes do checkin, ontem eu precisava porque tinha um idosa de 94 anos comigo, o hotel não teve a menos sensibilidade em relação a isso, e queria me cobra meia estadia por 2 horas antes. Se fosse proporcional ao tempo que estaria antecipando pagava sem problemas mais meia estadia.
