Falta empatia da equipe, nenhuma alma para perguntar se precisa de ajuda com bagagem, mesmo quando tive que mudar de quarto por problema no primeiro quarto. Café razoåvel, mas o sabor do ovo não existe e a salsicha se assemelha a pedaços de EVA com ågua e massa de tomate. Quartos limpos até certo ponto, dava para perceber pontos de sujeira. Conforto das camas deixa a desejar, vou levar uns dias parae recuperar da dor na coluna.

Minha experiĂȘncia no Bristol Sabrina teve pontos positivos e negativos. O quarto era bastante confortĂĄvel e silencioso, ideal para descansar apĂłs um dia cheio. No entanto, encontrei um problema com a pia do banheiro, que estava com vazamento, o que causou certo incĂŽmodo. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ deixou a desejar. Os pĂŁes aparentavam nĂŁo ser frescos, os ovos mexidos estavam frios e o iogurte, misturado com morangos naturais, ficava com uma textura espumosa pouco agradĂĄvel. AlĂ©m disso, alguns frios estavam ressecados, provavelmente por armazenamento inadequado. As fotos apresentadas no site nĂŁo condizem com a realidade do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ oferecido diariamente. Acredito que com alguns ajustes na manutenção e mais atenção Ă  qualidade dos alimentos, a experiĂȘncia poderia ser bem mais satisfatĂłria.

FuncionĂĄrios do cafĂ©, arrumadeiras e recepção muito atenciosos. O quarto triplo contratado por meio da HotĂ©is.Com era bastante apertado, principalmente para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Em contato com a gerĂȘncia, generosamente nos ofereceram um outro quarto bem maior e com acessibilidade. Camas confortĂĄveis, Ăłtimas cobertas. Sentimos falta de mais penduradores para as toalhas e plano de apoio para utensĂ­lios no banheiro. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ bom, e com variedades. Garagem e elevador bem prĂłximos, facilitando este deslocamento. A localização do Hotel tambĂ©m Ă© boa, fĂĄcil para sair e para chegar.
