Apesar de o hotel informar que é acessível, o quarto que nos foi dado não oferecia nenhuma acessibilidade. O banheiro não é acessível a cadeira de rodas e a disposição das camas não permitia que nosso filho cadeirante se deslocasse pelo quarto. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada. Minha esposa somente conseguiu sair do banheiro com minha ajuda, que estava do lado de fora. Meu filho não conseguiu tomar banho pq não conseguia chegar até o chuveiro.

O chuveiro de péssima qualidade, os cobertores muito ruins tbm, no cafe da manhã faltou muita coisa e não tinha ninguém no local para auxiliar em nada, porém na recepção o atendimento foi experimental, para uma viagem de negócios onde precisamos de um local para uma noite, nos atendeu, mas nao conseguiria ficar mais que isso...

Flat muito bem localizado no centro da cidade. Estacionamento no local, perto de restaurantes. Ponto para o time da casa, que conseguiu achar um relógio que havia perdido e me ligaram para avisar e devolver.

Péssimo, fuja!

Fuja! Hotel horrível, antigo, sujo, tirando a recepção e o hall, tudo parece do século passado. As paredes do quarto são cheias de manchas e pegadas, o chão apesar de escuro após um tempo andando com meias brancas percebi que estava imundo e cheio de cabelos, até teia de aranha tinha em volta da luminária do teto. Colchão péssimo, café da manhã bem razoável. Só a cordialidade dos funcionários merecem elogios!

hotel mto antigo e ruim....

hotel antigo, quartos ruins, tive que pedir para mudar de quarto pq nao tinha nem lugar para pendurar vesitdos e ternos (fomos a um casamenot na caidade), ninguém ajudou a gente a descarregar o carro, estava c/ meus pais que tem 80 anos e tinham 2 pessoss na recepção que nem se mexeram e ou ofereceram ajuda. Não voltaria mais no mesmo......
