BOOK左酒店竟然無訂房記錄!!

當晚夜機去到當地,一家人已經好累想快上房休息,點知去到佢CEHCK左好耐又對個人資料職員同我講無我既訂房記錄,當時我心裹即刻想罵爆佢,搞左半個鐘仲要同我講無記錄!!!去咁多次旅行重來未發生過係我身上,之後佢再打左好多個電話話俾3間房我,仲要係唔同樓層既,本來3間房可以同一層,而家要分開令到我地極之唔方便! 一入到去酒店房間可以好明顯見到衛生情況唔太乾淨,說好的BB床又沒有,要打去問先補回,總之就令人一肚氣!!希望酒店會跟進事件!
