Everything is on top of world class. The room is super clean, and convenient with considerable renovation and great view. The food is of great diversification and excellent taste. The staff has been greatly helpful, providing rather thoughtful helps in details throughout every aspects of our stay. The aquarium is as well on top of world class, with outstanding staff, performances and beautiful oceanic creatures that should never be missed to watch. Everything constructs the top class service and excellent stay.

Fun family trip

Very fun, enjoy the time here for 5 days 4 nights. The waterpark is so much fun even for adults. The food is fantastic! Highly recommend for family to come.

Atlantis discriminates against seniors. Pool had a sign stating anyone above 65 years of age must be accompanied. The Ambassador dive sets a maximum age limit at an arbitrary age of 59. The dive staff is ignorant, it does not recognize the international PADI dive certification and recent experience I presented them. The king ocean view room on the 35 floor was the nicest hotel compared to USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe, and Cruise ships.Food was exceptionall, better than any of the other places

Stay was excellent, Property is big and have lots of Activities to keep you occupied for 2-3 days. Hotel service was good lots of restaurant. only downside is room sound proofing is weak. can hear the sounds from next room or the floor above when they move things or drop stuff on the floor.

Staffs are nice and they clean up our room pretty well. Drinks from the refrigerator are good, free, and they refill it everyday for you. They gave you free taste breakfast! Love the hotel and definitely will come back for the next time!
