The hotel is on a nice location, close to the beach and close to shops. I think this hotel in general can look into cleaniness and some renovation works. Breakfast is simple and small.

We loved our stay here, from the location to the amenities insides! The breakfast every morning was abundant and delicious and the staff even catered to us when our kids woke up a little late. The kids space inside was so fun along with the rooftop pool, with beautiful views! The location right across from the beach was perfect and having the mall attached (also with fun kids spaces) was just the right touch for our family. My only complaint is that the hotel staff expected birth certificates for our kids, which we obviously don’t carry with us. Also, the bathroom was a little musty due to no functioning fan, not sure if it was just our room.

I was very disappointed with the hotel I was thought it was good Check in was super slow looking as if the computer system is really obsolete Slow and few lifts for the amount of guests Bad taste decoration Bathroom very slippery and dangerous especially to old people Terrible internet connection We had to check out 2 days before and move to the Novotel near by paying twice for the accommodation Breakfast with not as much choice. Decoration resembles a nursing home refectory than a hotel I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone. For the lack of internet connectivity we should be refunded. I could not work in the room or elsewhere in the premises Really disappointing!!!

O hotel fica muito bem localizado no Gonzaga. Todos os funcionários sao cordiais e solícitos. Os quartos sao grandes, porém as camas não sao boas, colchões moles e desconfortáveis. Wi-Fi lento e cai com frequência. Cafe da manha muito bom, porem, sem variação ao longo dos dias. Elevador lento e "chato" de usar, pois o leitor magnetico das chaves, constantemente nao lia, e vc ficava parado dentro dele, ou alguem acionava e vc nao conseguia chegar no andar, pois sem a leitura do cartao, o elevador nao funciona. Como é um hotel caro, esses datalhes acabam fazendo a diferença.
