Only book this place if absolutely nothing else is available. The only thing that it has going for it is the close location near Gonzaga beach. No hand towels are provided. The wifi is terrible. The pillows were so bad that we had to go to a store and buy replacements. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The TV remote for the tiny TV barely worked. We had to buy soap because the supplied soap bars were barely usable. The tail light of my car was ripped off somehow in the paid valet parking lot. The hotel looks nice on the outside and appears like it would be a great place to stay. This is a quintessential example of a hotel brand that does not care about their product. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Rede Ibis é muito boa ,na minha última experiência apenas duas coisas me incomodou um pouco,mas no geral foi ótimo."a cama estava rangendo um pouco apenas só meu lado ea torneira do banheiro achei ruim tmb,a água sai com muita pressão e praticamente não consegue regular para sair menos água,molha tudo para uma simples escovada de dente.
