Eu sempre me hospedo no ibis Budget em Santos, porém dessa vez, precisei ajoelhar pra pegar meu anel que caiu embaixo da cama e estava simplesmente imundo, uma camada enorme de poeira, fiquei chateada com o ocorrido pois se não fosse por esse fato, o quarto parecia estar de fato limpo. A equipe é sempre ótima, educada e muito prestativa.

Eu raramente faço avaliações negativas, mas infelizmente não tem como não relatar essa experiência. Reservei um quarto da categoria superior e, ao chegar, fui direcionada a um quarto PNE. O problema não é a adaptação, mas o fato de ser um quarto exclusivo para esse público, o que gera desconforto para quem não possui essa necessidade. Detalhe: isso não foi informado previamente, apesar de haver opção distinta na reserva. A cama era extremamente baixa (cerca de 20 cm do chão), bastante desconfortável. O banheiro foi o maior problema: sem box e sem desnível, a água do chuveiro, separada apenas por uma cortina suja, se espalhava por todo o ambiente. Durante e após o banho, era impossível usar pia ou vaso até o banheiro secar. Havia até um rodo no local, o que é inaceitável considerando uma diária de quase R$ 500. A recepção alegou hotel lotado, mas no dia seguinte havia quartos disponíveis no site. Mesmo assim, negaram a troca de quarto e ainda disseram que “foi azar”. Inclusive por este motivo, saímos um dia antes do reservado. Não se trata de favor, mas de um serviço contratado que não foi entregue conforme o esperado. Infelizmente, essa foi uma experiência bastante negativa e não pretendo retornar. Talvez outras unidades tenham um padrão diferente, mas para mim foi a primeira e última vez.
