Estive com minha família para uma estadia de 1 noite. Precisam avisar que o estacionamentodo hotel é feito pelo estacionamento do shopping na rua transversal a entrada principal, chegamos em um horária de pico de transito e tivemos que dar uma volta demorada de uns 15 minutos para estacionarmos o carro. O pessoal do estacionamento foi extremamente gentil, porém na recepção fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que esava em treinamento ( sózinha) o que foi muito demorado. A localização do hotel é bem central, os quartos com tamanho bom e tudo limpo porém tudo muito antigo. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pão de queijo frio e sem graça, os pãe s em geral não estavam bons e as frutas servidas de péssima qualidade.

O bourbon continua sendo uma ótima opção em santos , mas eles perderam a mão em alguns fatores, o café da manhã com produtos do dia anterior, quase impossível de comer(pães ), o cheiro de gordura e tempero nos corredores, é muito ruim pra imagem, espero que corrijam esses erros.
