Perfect!

We’d been staying in the Ibis which wasn’t good. Moved here and it’s great. Ok, from the outside it does need a coat of paint, as does some of the inside but our room was excellent, clean and well serviced. English is spoken in reception and nothings too much trouble. Breakfast is good and plentiful. All in all, wish we’d have stayed here for our whole stay.

Tudo de bom ou não?

Excelente localização. Vc pode gostar ou reclamar de tudo pois é antigo, toalhas surradas. Estava limpo, recepção ágil, quarto muito espaçoso. Café da manhã sem grande atrativo , atendente cortes. Já me hospedei anteriormente e me o farei novamente. Pena mesmo é o restaurante que não existe mais.

O atendimento foi cordial o tempo todo. As acomodações foram regulares, fiquei bem melhor acomodada na vez anterior. A roupa de cama e banho totalmente encardida… em especial as toalhas manchadas. No banheiro saiu uma água pelo ralo central e precisamos colocar o piso de toalha para conter… pela manhã o piso ficou de cor cinza escuro??? Não parecia esgoto, até porque estavamos s no 5°andar… mas ficamos muito incomodados ainda que só por uma noite. Não sei se voltarei…

Reformar e reestruturar.

O hotel é bem interessante porém, está muito atrasado. Tudo é antigo e, antiquado. Falta uma boa reforma. Pintaram as janelas de azul do lado de fora e, do lado de dentro está bege. Os acabamentos não tem qualidade, nem no serviço de pintura. O pessoal é bem educado mas, acho que não tem dentes. Ninguém sorri. Falta alma no hotel. Pessoas que gostem de receber. Não consegui ver um gerente. Alguém que representasse o hotel. A localização é espetacular. Acho que, se eu tivesse dinheiro suficiente, investiria alí.

Como se sabe o Atlântico Hotel tem mais de 100 anos, foi e é um ícone para cidade de Santos. Apesar das dependências um pouco judiadas e falta de conservação o custo beneficio é ótimo. Fica no Gonzaga, de frente para a praia, perto de tudo. Já teve sua época aurea, mas é bom. Eu particularmente sempre me hospedo no Atlântico.

O hotel está extremamente velho, teto cheio de bolor, cheirando a mofo. Ar condicionado dos anos 90. Funcionários simpáticos e limpeza bem feita . Porém o hotel necessita urgentemente de reforma!

O hotel está caindo aos pedaços, sujo, roupa de cama encardida toalhas velhas, travesseiros e colchão maus cheirosos, louça do banheiro velho e encardido. Café da manhã menos que o básico e com pessoal mal educado da cozinha.

Boa estadia!

Achei o Hotel Atlântico ótimo. É um prédio histórico, então a arquitetura do local é mais antiga e acho que isso até deu um charme a mais para a estadia. As roupas de cama e banho são mais simples, mas super atendem. A localização é muito boa, tem café da manhã incluso e a relação de custo benefício foi ótima.

Funcionários da recepção, café da manhã e limpeza são todos educados e profissionais. Mas as condições do hotel precisam de muita melhora, mesmo que seja um Hotel Histórico de 1923, precisa de elevadores com manutenção nas portas e tapetes, muitos vidros quebrados em todos os andares, melhorar a qualidade e variedade do café da manhã, que nos dias atuais têm sido determinante para um cliente escolher o hotel em que vai se hospedar, frigobar com a porta enferrujada e corroída, entre outros.

The property has this Retro look and feeling. One feels as if time has come back. The building is protected and some features cannot be changed. It was a great stay. I would have liked to see the protected outdoors patio being used with a coffee shop as it was in the past. What a pity, because its huge window allows one to see the sidewalk, the ocean and the traffic. Great to work, have a drink and relax.

A experiência desta vez nao foi das melhores, roupa de cama com cheiro ruim, parecia que não estavam levadas, bem ruim mesmo. Café da manhã nao estava bom desta vez, pouca variedade, o omelete nao estava bom, dois dias que fiquei nao tinha pão de queijo, perguntei ao funcionário do restaurante e ele falou que estava assando, esperei bastante tempo e nada de pão de queijo.

Praticidade

Hotel Atlântico sempre tem um ótimo atendimento, de frente à praia, muito próximo ao shopping, não precisamos tirar o carro da garagem. Sentimos falta do restaurante que antigamente ficava aberto no térreo e tinha uma comida maravilhosa, uma pena que fechou.
