Every single staff member at the hotel was amazing and the room was really nice and clean! Dimitris at the front desk was an amazing host and gave us recommendations on the island, arranged pickups for us to/from the port/airport. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Pyrgos!

This hotel was spotless and the room was spacious and meticulously thought through. The views were spectacular and it was right in the heart of Pyrgos. A special thanks to Dimitris and Tony for taking care of me and ensuring every day I was there was spectacular.

It was absolutely beautiful, perfect, each room had its own individual qualities, there were 4 of us 3 rooms . A friendly atmosphere very welcoming, any walking problems now you’re place , it’s way up top but don’t let that put you off if you’re able to walk . Definitely stay again

It was an Amazing hotel. I appreciate the staff's prompt response and thoughtfulness. There were also many choices for breakfast. My recommendation is the Greek yogurt with lots of fruit. When we come back to Santorini, I will 100% choose this hotel again!!

Beautiful hotel and spectacular view from Room 123!!! We loved this site and the location. However, the climb to the hotel must be a consideration, as it is quite a walk up alleys and stairs with the luggage. Breakfast was also delicious. We would return!

The staff were amazing Maria, Stavros, Demitries, Eva and Spiros could not do enough for you. If you needed anything they would do their best to accommodate straight away no matter what time. They treat you more like a friend than a guest. Not to forget the twins who served breakfast. Totally friendly and very professional. Thank you for making our stay, how can I put it. Fantastic and I would definitely return just to meet the staff again. The room was immaculate. Clean and tidy. We only stayed for one week, but now I wish it was two. I can’t thank you enough.

Zannos is one of a kind hotel. I love the vibe. The staffs at Zannos were extremely helpful. They were very professional and accommodating. They made sure that we were taken care of. They answer their email promptly. They ensure that the were there for check in. Our flight was delayed at least seven hours, they made sure that the line of communication was open and every time I sent a message to update them on our flight status, they responded. They made sure that the transportation they have arranged were there to pick us up.. The staff went above and beyond. When we arrived, one of the staff was there to meet us and helped us wi he baggage. Further, the breakfast was good. They made sure that they packed breakfast for us when we left. Overall, the hotel is excellent! It is very clean and quaint. I will definitely stay at the hotel again next year when we come back to Santorini. Thank you staffs at Zannos.

We was in suite with shared pool, room was amazing! Breakfast was so good! Freshly made by cheff just for you. All the staff from hotel was so kind and helpfull in everything. Cleaning was spotless and great in every way. Hotel managed transfers to airport and back with nice luxury car! Only good thing to say! We will defenetly be back! Highly recomended! We have just had an amazing 9 nights at this hotel. It was beautiful and so clean, with daily room clean and fresh towels. Had a large balcony with amazing views. The staff were so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Maria, her husband and all the staff for making our holiday truly memorable, we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay. The staff were very attentive, kind, and caring throughout our stay. They listened to our request and changed our room, giving us a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good. We have nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was amazing. We stayed in a suite and had a stunning view to the water. The suite was very roomy. We booked our stay including breakfast which was in my opinion a good selection of items. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that the property is not reachable by car. I had a rental car and had to find public parking. It didn’t bother me to walk up and down the hill every day. Pyrgos itself is very beautiful and not overcrowded with tourists! I really enjoyed my time and can only recommend.

‘A place of wonder’ What a beautiful and special place this is. Nestled in the hills of Pyrgos, a quiet serene location. The views are stunning, the hotel is unique with around 28 rooms styling from a traditional to modern. The main building is a listed building with beauty and history oozing from it. The rooms are well thought out, water is provided daily, a nespresso machine, toiletries including toothbrushes. Beach towels are provided and replaced daily. The pool area is small, well kept and perfect for relaxing! The staff come and check if you need drinks- nice touch. Airport transfers can be arranged with them which I would highly recommend. As the hotel is at a higher level from the main street the taxi will drop and you’ll be met with staff who take your luggage for you. The breakfast menu is of high quality and prepared to order. You must try the traditional Greek yogurt bowl with nuts, my favourite! With all said, the location, hotel, amenities and food all excellent- the last word must go to the exceptional staff at this place. Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Personalet var hyggelige, imøtekommende og sørget for at vi følte oss velkommen fra første stund. Rommet var rent, komfortabelt og hadde alt vi trengte under oppholdet. Vi hadde en av de suitene. Å har ingenting å klage på under oppholdet vårt. Frokosten hadde et godt utvalg med noe for enhver smak, og fellesområdene var pene og godt vedlikeholdt. Hotellet hadde også en flott beliggenhet, med kort avstand til både severdigheter, restauranter og transport. Eneste negative er tilkomsten til hotellet, men det hjelper de ansatte ved ankomst og avgang. Alt i alt var dette et opphold jeg er svært fornøyd med, og jeg kan absolutt anbefale hotellet til andre som skal besøke området. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.
