Property was the best! It was beautiful and only 20 mins from santorini 10 from shopping It was the best! The only thing I didn’t like was the pics they have from the other property are on here and to me that’s not good cause y make ppl think they are getting one thing and they are not. Besides that it was Amazing! Beautiful and doesn’t consist of all kinda walking. Was more time to relax n go and come peacefully rather than walking up n down 1 million stairs. Breakfast was gorg staff were absolutely amazing!!!

The property has beautiful views and the staff is amazing. The hotel is old and the rooms need to be updated. There was an odor in our room. The pool has cracked tile and no pool service except for a very small bar. 20 minute walk to downtown Fira.

The views of the Caldera are just breathtaking. The junior suite we were staying in is very well planned with two balconies and a jacuzzi. A big thank you to the reception and Resturant staff. The room cleaning also deserves appreciation for their continued hard work we observed during our seven day stay. Overall a definite repeat trip.

Wow. What an amazing stay at this hotel -- the staff we're amazing. Myself and my cousin had the lovelist rest time at this hotel. I came from London whereas my cousin came from New York and this was her first time coming to Europe and she absolutely loved Greece. The reception staff at Volcano View Hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Kostas, Maria, and Cristina were incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming — the perfect faces of the hotel as you arrive from the airport. They spent plenty of time with us explaining tours and activities around the island and made us feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. The hotel itself is, of course, amazing: a dream location with stunning views. But it’s the people who make it a perfect place. We will definitely remember Kostas, Maria, and Cristina whenever we think back on our holiday in Santorini. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome. Keep smiling and keep being amazing.
