The staff were incredibly kind, very helpful, and were always accommodating. The place itself is absolutely stunning, and to have your own private pool is incredible and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

We loved our stay at Vineyard Exclusive Suites! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great choice of breakfast options. The village of Akrotiri is a couple of minutes walk away and has a good range of restaurants to choose from and a few different shops. Our host Matthew was amazing - he helped us arrange transport and gave us some fantastic recommendations on where to visit around the island. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

Ultimate private relaxation

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it’s just perfect, rooms and private pools are more beautiful than the pics. A lovely local village is on your doorstep, stunning views of Caldera a one min walk away, Matthew who Manages the site is amazing from bookings in restaurants, transport and spas, to bringing amazing pancakes in the morning. We will definitely be back again.

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia! The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

Best place we stayed at during our trip to Greece! Matthew was extremely kind and helpful during the entire stay. He provided us with a map full of the best places to visit and eat at during our stay which came in super handy. The villa was very clean, comfy, and welcoming. The private pool was amazing. Had a wonderful time in the Hotel Vineyard. Suite was quiet, very pretty and safe. Host Matthew was super nice with us and helped us a lot. The room is nicely furnished and the view by the pool is incredible. It’s also located in a peaceful neighborhood and there’s a mini market across the street so it’s very convenient.
