Amazing location just outside of Fira but still walking distance to everything. Very kind staff. Great sunset view and patio. Pool was very cold so hard to stay in it long. Room was clean and spacious.

Villa Ilias completely exceeded my expectations. The location is simply incredible, and I genuinely don’t think there’s a better view anywhere on Santorini. Watching the caldera from the hotel was breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. I stayed in a pool view room, and the wow factor when I first opened the door was unbelievable. Without question, it was the most incredible hotel room view I’ve ever experienced. Sitting on the balcony or by the pool overlooking the caldera felt like something out of a dream. The staff made the stay even more special. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming and happy to help with recommendations, bookings and anything else I needed. Their warmth really added to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a hotel with spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality, I can’t recommend Villa Ilias highly enough. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Wonderful place to stay and explore Santorini. Great buffet breakfast each morning included. Provided for a reasonable fee transport from ship arrival to airport flight onward on our trip. Very friendly, helpful staff. Tremendous view from room and just steps from walking path that takes you to countless shops and restaurants.

Great location. Hotel staff is very friendly and always there to help. On our arrival the person at reception Yarris explained how we can cover different things at island which was really helpful. Hotel staff also arranged rental car for us and rental car pick up and drop off was from hotel itself, which was really convenient. I loved my stay there. Would definitely recommend staying there.

This is the most charming property and we would definitely stay there again. Great location with a fantastic pool and pool bar. George the bartender is the best! I'm leaving a review of my short stay in Korea. Despite an unexpected flight delay and an evening check-in, the hotel manager kindly provided guidance on check-in procedures, including late-night self-check-in. Located at the top of the mountain, the climb from the Fira bus stop was a bit challenging, but the breathtaking views made it worth it. The sunset view from the hotel was truly impressive, and I was able to enjoy the night view from the hotel without having to go to the sunset point.

I’ve just left Villa Ilias after three fantastic nights stay! It’s a small and very friendly hotel with exceptional staff members - always at hand, very helpful and incredibly friendly! I stayed in the top floor suite (Ilias Monadikos suite) and the room was rather compact but very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The outstanding feature of this room is the terrace; it’s huge, completely private and with the best view of the caldera in Santorini! The area is very quiet and peaceful but there are several restaurants and shops in the area and Fira is just a short walk away. All in all I am super happy with my stay and wish to forward my greatest thanks to the staff for making my stay memorable and relaxing!

The property has an amazing view of the caldera. We arrived early and had breakfast at the villa right away, thanks! The villa had a picturesque view of caldera. The staffs are very nice and accommodating. Our hotel room was conveniently located by the pool. And the bar tender was very nice. They arranged our transportation pick up and return to the airport. The location was very convenient and walkable to the shopping areas and few meters away from the restaurants. We had an amazing time watching the cruise ships and the gorgeous sunset. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Villa Ilias and would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They assisted with check-in, arranged transportation before and during our stay, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They really made everything easy. We stayed in the Superior Room with the partial caldera view. The room was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The balcony was one of our favourite features—it was the perfect place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options each morning, and the outdoor seating area was a lovely place to start the day. The pool and lounge area were well maintained, and we never had trouble finding chairs, no matter what time we went. The location in Firostefani was ideal. It was quiet and relaxing, while still being an easy walk to Fira and nearby villages. There were also several excellent restaurants just steps from the hotel. Overall, Villa Ilias exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic place to stay whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was even better than the photos show. The staff here are super friendly and the place was very clean. The breakfast provided is actually a real breakfast and not just a coffee and croissant. They were able to check us in early which was helpful since our flight arrives earlier on. The view from the pool was breathtaking as we saw so many beautiful sunsets from the pool deck. The location is close to everything
