The place was clean and cozy, we love the view from the terrace which is facing the caldera. You'll get an uninterrupted view of the sunset as well. Plus it's close to everything, to the castle and the blue dome church, etc. Mario is the best host, he allowed us to checked in early and very helpful with all our queries. We would love to stay in this place again.

Perfect location, exceptional view & hospitality .

We had an incredible stay at this amazing villa, with the best view offering breathtaking sunsets Santorini is known for. The location is perfect with easy to shops & restaurants. Marios was incredibly welcoming and responsive, from organising transfer to having our suitcases picked up (Def would rec that as there were quite a lot of steps from the closest drop off point). I would highly recommend this place to anyoen looking for a comfortable and convenient base withe exceptional view and hospitality.

This place was comfortable for the 4 of us, clean, centrally located, and had the most amazing views, we could see the perfect sunsets from our terrace. Mario and his brother were very helpful, gave us lots of information about the island, activities and restaurant recommendations. Mario helped us coordinate to rent a car for one day to explore the rest of the island. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely stay here again.

It was a great experience staying at this Villa. I was a bit skeptical staying here because of luggage transport knowing it’s a walking path up and down. However the host was very helpful in providing guidance and helping us all the way during our stay. I lost my way on the path but the host guided me through FaceTime and was always available for any questions. Kudos to our host Ardiit. The villa was clean and had all the basic necessities. I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s also close to pic areas and u can view sunset directly from the villa terrace. As a generic comment, It was a good idea to rent a car and drive to various places in the island.

The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. The real issue though was that the property blew a fuse and there was NO electricity for 12 hours and the property manager was nowhere to be found. When he did respond, instead of owning up to it, the host said the entire village was without power, which was a bold-faced LIE as ALL of Oia was LIT UP! The reality is that it was only his 4 or 5 units and within 30 seconds of the maintenance crew showing up 12 hours later, the electricity was back on!!! That is not a village problem, that is a JUST BLUE problem. We can handle no TV. We can handle a fuse blowing, but we can't handle the unresponsiveness to our requests to fix it. The worst part though is that they LIED to hide the truth AND that is unacceptable. NOBODY should have to pay their hard earned money for an accommodation that has NO POWER for half a day!!!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!
