This is the greatest value that you can get for your money. The hotel is very clean, has an amazing view, breakfast is amazing, and their staff is extremely nice. The front desk young lady, Nefeli, is amazing at customer service!!! Strongly recommend this hotel.

This was such a great place to stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and they served a great breakfast every single morning! We had the room with the pool that overlooks the ocean and loved it, although the temperature could have been more warm for the days that were a little more on the cooler side, and evenings. The main pool was perfect on the hot days and we enjoyed laying there having cocktails. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property is first class. We had a cave room, that was just beautiful! Breakfast in our room or at the resturant was lovely. Toiletries, coffee and bottled water met our needs perfectly. The entire staff was pleasant, engaged and helpful. I think the location, between Fira and Oia in Firostefani is perfect. You are right on the pathway for the Fira/Oia hike. Resturants are right around the corner. Sunset views are beautiful - there is no need to leave your private patio. I find it hard to find something that needs improvement! To top it all off, after a brief conversation with the owners - a bottle of prosecco showed up in our room, which we enjoyed our last night. A great stay!

The view was 10+++. Staff were all very friendly. Location is convenient. Breakfast was great every morning. A recommendation if I may suggest is to add a small table and chair for sitting inside the corner of the room (we stayed in the triple room).

Fantastic property. Best view we’ve ever had anywhere else in the world. Wonderful inclusive breakfast made to order each day brought to our outside patio, again with that view! Check in however was a disaster. We drive a rental car and parked it for free conveniently across the entrance. But there were practically no signs for Sun Rocks. There are many, many, many, many stairs. We found a reception but no one was there. No one answered our phone call, etc. Bottom line: be sure to contact the hotel before and as you arrive to meet you on the top road, particularly if you are not using their taxi service. Otherwise a phenomenal hotel!

They were in the process of renovations, and the new changes were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Staff very friendly and helpful. One area that could be improved - the ventilation in the rooms. Very high humidity and you couldn't leave the windows open because there were no screens and the bugs would come in.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it. The property offers a stunning, direct view of the caldera, and our room was comfortable and pleasant. We also appreciated the small, warm shared pool. A major highlight was the included breakfast, which was exceptional and provided fantastic value. There were, however, a few minor operational and maintenance oversights. We inquired several times about late checkout options, but the staff never got back to us with an answer. Inside the room, the shower extractor fan was not functioning - leading to noticeable condensation and the TV didn't work. In fairness, we didn't report these specific issues during our stay, so they might have been quick fixes, but you would hope these would be proactively identified. Additionally, one of the towels provided had visible stains so we weren’t comfortable using it. Despite these minor concerns , the exceptional views, comfortable room and amazing breakfast made for a great trip.

This hotel has excellent location, close to a public parking lot and good restaurants. It has ocean view from a big balcony, perfect for taking pictures in morning and sunset. The hotel breakfast is the best. The walk from hotel to Fira or Imerovigli are very interesting with beautiful view from both ocean and the buildings.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view is priceless. It has ruined me for other hotels that can't offer the beauty right outside your door. We were able to secure transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, which was actually really helpful and worth it. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. There are shops, restaurants, gelato shops, and so much more right next to the hotel. Fira is a 15 minute walk and totally worth strolling after 7, when it gets cooler in the evening.
