From the moment we arrived to this place until the day of departure the customer service was excellent. Breakfast and drinks were amazing. The staff at Santanna made us feel at home. Would definitely visit again.

One word: AMAZING. I had such a wonderful time staying at SantAnna. The staff members were beyond friendly and welcoming, it felt like home staying here. Sofia went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than exceptional. The breakfast was a great add-on, amenities convenient and the whole property was beautifully upkept. My room was always clean and very spacious, wifi worked well. If I were to come back to Santorini, there’s nowhere else I would stay but here. Highly recommend.

I stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room is spacious and clean. Every morning, the hotel serves a delectable breakfast, which guests can enjoy on their balcony or in their rooms. The best thing about this property is its location—it is away from the busy crowd.

What a beautiful hotel!!! The bartender is worth the stay alone. He is amazing!!! The breakfast spread was to die for and delivered to your door. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone!!! We loved it!!!

Amazing hotel!!

Our stay at SantAnna was amazing. The hotel is located just outside of the busy city center, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Everyone on the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. We had an extremely comfortable stay and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Amazing place to stay with incredible sunrise view of the coast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with any requests and transportation needs. The pool, bar and outside areas are top notch and the rooms are upscale and luxurious. If you're looking for peace and quiet away from the tourist attractions, you'll enjoy this place.

Very kind staff and all employees always helpful It was our third stay in santorini so we can compare the location as we stayed in Oia and thira before Pro: -Staff very kind - rooms were cleaned perfectly - design of hotel -poolbar Cons: - Hotels location is not so close to the next village - the pool side smells often horribly - braekfast in the room was somehow fixed and unfortunately not so delicious i would rather have a la carte option instead - it would be a great asset to have a small Outdoor or indoor gym

Our stay was fabulous. Everything about this hotel is first rate in terms of design and comfort. The pool is a real pool for swimming. The setting is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, including setting up reservations in advance. Top notch in all respects. It is luxurious. The breakfast is imaginative and plentiful. no restaurant but good lunch/bar options.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. Rooms are amazing and very very big. Very quiet area. Highly suggest this property if you would like some piece and restful time a bit away from the craziness of all the tourists. Breakfasts are plentiful and high quality. Everything was great with our short stay. Only issue we had was the beautiful pool they have is a hit too cold all the time even at the hottest summer days, which is a bit strange. I highly recommend this higher end hotel. Thank you for a great experience to all the staff. I also recommend to arrange a ride from and to the airport through the hotel as it is much cheaper than taxi

This place is simply unbelievable. From the second we arrived, every need was attended to by the staff; in particular Vergallis who ran the bar from 11am to 11pm each day. The room was spectacular, and a tailormade breakfast was delivered to the terrace each morning which was lovely. The pool setting was always clean and picturesque. The location of the hotel is actually overlooking the non-caldera side, but its a 3 minute walk to get the views over the calera and it was never busy where we sat and admired the views. The location should not be underestimated, as it meant we were able to avoid large crowds whilst still have easy access to Thira and Oia. The hotel organised a catamaran cruise for us, which I would highly recommend too.

Fabulous! We were not very lucky with the weather during our visit so we spent more time at the hotel than we perhaps would have otherwise. But when the service and the cocktails are this good, you don’t mind. From the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome & genuinely cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was not only beautiful but absolutely enormous. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning and the food gave us our first taste of what to expect in Santorini - amazing. Veggales behind the bar is a rare gem. Not only are his cocktails unbelievable (try the Zombie, you won’t be disappointed), my partner wasn’t feeling well and he went out of his way to make sure he was ok. People like him really make a difference to your stay. We don’t usually like going back to the same place twice, but here we may make an exception. Thank you!

Our stay at SantAnna was unbelievable. This hotel is like something out of a movie. It is so beautiful, modern and elevated. We had a honeymoon suite with a private pool but the main pool is so nice we found we didn’t even need to use our own pool. The breakfast that was included was amazing with absolutely fantastic options. The room was huge and absolutely beautiful. Every single staff member at this hotel are fantastic. They are so so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time. Truly treat you like royalty. The pool bar is great for drinks and light snacks during the day. There are wonderful restaurants nearby that that the hotel suggested for us which were among the best of our entire trip to Greece. We liked this area in Santorini because it’s more quiet and less touristy. Highly recommend doing the sailing tour with their sister company because it’s a wonderful way to see the island! Also do the hike to Oia it’s so beautiful and takes about 1 hr 45 from the hotel. we will absolutely be coming back to this hotel it was a complete HIGHLIGHT of our trip! Iliana and Konstantina at the reception were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!! 💕
