Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time . Thank you Victoria for arranging breakfast as we left before breakfast at the hotel was open at 8 am .

We loved our stay at Onyx. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful guiding us around the island, we used the bus a lot and they printed us timetables and wrote down routes and made recommendations in the areas we explored. The actual hotel is beautiful, we got upgraded which was a special treat and the pool was great to lounge by. Pretty easy access to the rest of the island. Would recommend!!

Was very happy with our stay at Onyx Hotel. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. Service was excellent. Denisa and Victoria at the front desk, were so helpful from setting up airport transfer pick up/ drop offs, to making suggestions for local eats, and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Spirro was kind and attentive, made great suggestions to where we should go. Hotel, room and pool very clean. Great quiet location. 10 min walk to the bus stop. From the bus stop, about 10-15 mins ride to Fira. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience

Very clean, well maintained... we had an excellent experience. The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful even in ordering food to the room, booking trips (their recommendation turned out to be our best day sunset boat/cruise trips ever). Every staff member - including the housekeeping, bartender, breakfast manager were very warm, friendly. Made us feel at home!

Amazing Staff and Hotel

Amazing staff, Maria receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Spiros and Litsa at the bar and breakfast were the best We even told the owner that we will come back again because of your staff. Never mind that that location of the hotel was very good and accessible to all part of island.

This hotel was super clean and nice!!!!! I stayed May 2025. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Breakfast was amazing,customer service was a 100/10 The only thing i didn't like was the jacuzzi didn't get hot. The water was luke warm which means i didn't really enjoy the personal jacuzzi experience. Close to food and shopping. I will be back!!!!

Amazing hotel for couples

This new, family-owned hotel was everything we wished for our holidays. It was centrally located, easy to access and luxurious. Staff and the owners are super hands on, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. This definitely was a great value for money. I would stay here again, no doubt!

This hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. Cleaning and restock was done everyday. The hostess recommendations were excellent from restaurant to wine tours and times of when to arrive to our destination so we don’t run into lots of people. Breakfast every morning was excellent! Amazing experience, great staff. We were one of the first guests in the hotel as it opened less than a month ago. We had a clean and nice hot tub in our room, the views were amazing and the swimming pool looks very good at night time. The service is very good.

This resort was amazing! We loved the architecture, the staff, the amenities (pool and free breakfast). There's not a lot of rooms and that's what makes the resort special, as it's very peaceful and not overly crowded. I highly recommend it! It is about a 7 minute drive from Fira, but walkable (~25-30 minutes). We would definitely stay here again if we visit Santorini in the future.

I stayed 3 night in this beautiful Hotel and everything was perfect! Located in the middle of Santorini so form it is very easy to reach every corner of the island. Very new and cleans structure, quite and calm, all of employee were so kind and helpful, specially Maria, a big thank you to her for her service and help with transfer, bookings, recommendation of places to visit, restaurants were to eat to. All of the staff was very nice and accommodating! Tamta decorated my room so beautifully to commemorate my birthday, which I greatly appreciated! Manolis, the owner, was very hands-on and pleasant. They were all very kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here! It felt like home away from home :-)
