Beautiful sea view - more breathtaking than in the photos. Ion the manager and his assistant, Vaggelis, were outstanding. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Service was impeccable - Vaggelis met us at the taxi drop off and took our luggage up the stairs and brought us a customized gourmet breakfast each morning. He also helped us with our luggage at checkout. Excellent staff and property - the highlight of our trip!

This was truly one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. We booked the honeymoon suite so the view was at the top of the hotel. The moment we checked in we were taken care of and treated like family. Breakfast in the room every morning was so delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone it was also extremely central in Fira! We will be back!

From the moment Ion met us at the curb welcoming us, to the final goodbye from the kitchen staff(they gave us a care package breakfast, as we had a very early flight), each and every day was great. Each morning we were welcomed with smiles and incredible hospitality. The accommodations are true to their description or even better. The vistas you get are amazing culminating with the daily sunset. We appreciate all Ion and his staff have offered us during our stay and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Nefeles! We were nervous the pictures online wouldn’t match what we got, but it exceeded our expectations! The view is stunning and really couldn’t be bested in all of Fira, and to be able to sit in a hot tub while watching the donkeys walk down the hill is pretty amazing. Walkable to everything. The breakfast was restaurant quality, made to order and was very well put together. The hotel manager, Ion, is top notch and really makes the extra effort to make you feel welcome and taken care of. He really brings a 5 star approach to the place. 10/10 recommend staying here.

The room is very clean and spacious with the river pool with fantastic views of the Caldera and a golden sunset. Location is also very good, and main street, cable car station, markets and food joints are easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and also delivered to the room, which is fantastic. Panos, who is the in-charge, provided a great overview of things that can be done in Santorini and was also humble and supportive. Overall, the stay is fantastic and 5 stars to the Nefeles team.

The location is amazing, best sunsets of the whole island! Definition of romance! The staff were very friendly and our stay was lovely. Only 1 night we were locked out the room as the key card didn't work and the receptionist had to come in the middle of the night to let us in, as they don't have 24h reception and it took a while.

We loved staying at Nefeles; the service was amazing. Antonis and Spies went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We had an awesome view of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera.
