This is the only hotel in the world that brought tears of joy to my eyes. Don’t hesitate. Just book it. Amazing food, service and location cannot be beat. Get room with tub. Thank you Marizan Caves & Villas. Don’t change a thing. You’ve made my trip to a lifetime a 10/10.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery!!! The room was very nice and clean. I didn’t care for the amount of walking up and down steps and hills just to get to and around the hotel. Rental cars, scooters, and 4 wheelers are available for rental nearby the property.

This hotel was truly an unforgettable experience! The breakfast was excellent, with six different menus to choose from each day, and the best part was that the menus were interchangeable, allowing you to customize your experience. Even better, breakfast was served right on your private balcony, making every morning feel incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Whatever you needed, they were eager and willing to accommodate you with genuine care and attention. And then there are the views—absolutely exquisite! The panoramic scenery was breathtaking from every direction, offering stunning 360° views of the sea, cliffs, and surrounding landscape. Waking up to this view and enjoying breakfast on our private balcony was pure paradise. A beautiful hotel, exceptional service, delicious breakfast, and views that you simply have to see for yourself. Absolutely worth the stay!

Amazing staff and excellent location. Saw the sunset everyday right from our room. The town is very steep and on a hill with lot of climbing so at least we were also close to the main sights from this hotel!

Come here in November is a hidden gem

The breakfast is amazing to kick off the day, while the warm bath outdoor is absolutely a smoothing way to end up the day. This location is a bit away from the centre shopping area of Oia to guarantee your maximum privacy and quiet environment. We came in November the low season, absolutely a blissing to stay here and enjoy.

Breathtaking view with cave room

Unbelievable breathtaking views of Santorini caldera and agean sea. Walking up to the view and sitting in the patio pool was a dream. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

Marizan Caves is top end accommodation. Its unique style and architecture is perfectly suited to Santorini. Must note that it is on the side od a cliff and there are steep stairs, so if you have recently had hip surgery wait 6 months before you visit. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sensational and delivered to your room. Absolutely fantastic place 😀
