yonnie and family were excellent hosts and very helpful. LOvely beautiful site even though if one needs to walk some long steps to hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel regardless.

Incredibly friendly staff with one of the best views of the island! Highly recommend getting the private balcony (with tub if you can). Beautiful sunset views. Reception/general manager was so, so kind. Great experience overall.

Lovely hotel with excellent service! Rooms are spacious and property is very clean.We booked the Cave suite with private balcony - unobstructed views of the Caldera. Perfect location to enjoy sunsets each evening. Staff were accommodating and kind, able to provide gluten free toast and breakfast options. Location is great - quietly tucked in the streets of Fira. Very nice people and very willing to help you with whatever you need. Area around the hotel is full of shopping and eating places. The view from the room's table is fantastic and you can see a fantastic sunset as well as the volcano and the cruise ships. Great place and would stay here agin.

Like a dream, only it was real.

The best hotel on our island hopping. The hotel is outstanding. The room is simple but very tastefully decorated. We had the romantic suite. The hot tub, where you could always watch the sunset in the Caldera, is great. The hotel is centrally located in Santorini. The staff is incredibly friendly, whether at reception or at breakfast. We would like to thank everyone. It was an unforgettable stay.
