Fantastic location for Ammoudi Bay! Very peaceful and quiet - great spot to relax while we were there. The staff were very friendly and kept the property very tidy. Very generous size rooms. Would definitely recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, the view is absolutely beautiful, and having a private swimming pool was amazing. The property was clean, well maintained and well managed, and the beds were comfortable. Towels and bed sheets were also changed during our stay, which was a nice touch. The host was very nice and welcoming. The only area I would suggest improving is the layout. I was a little surprised to find that the bed is located in the kitchen area upstairs, which wasn’t quite ideal. Perhaps moving the sofa upstairs and the bed downstairs could make better use of the space and create a more comfortable sleeping area. There was also a slight damp smell, although this could simply be due to the humidity. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the property. It is a beautiful place with a lot to offer, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from Ammoudi Bay, making it incredibly convenient to explore one of the most beautiful spots in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. A special thank you to Francesco for being so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even more memorable. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It felt like having our own little oasis, where we could relax in complete privacy as if we were the only ones there. Our family spent so much time enjoying the pool, and it created some of our favorite memories from the trip. Good location just outside of beautiful downtown Oia and just a quick walk to fantastic Ammoudi port area. Hosts were very helpful in getting us a rental car and offered rides to Oia when we headed off to dinner or lunch. Great hosts!

Francesco and team provided fabulous service. Communicated via WhatsApp and response was quick and provided resolution. The location is excellent, 10 min walk from Oia central tourist locations and from Ammouni bay. The villa was top notch and included a plunge pool. Breakfast was decent. Note of caution if booking thru Expedia. It will state room has a private hot tub which was not the case. Also be sure if booking a villa with a hot tub if it's heated or unheated.

Super! They were so attentive. I was with my 78 year old mom. They gave us a personal tour of the island. It had a full kitchen. We had coffee and they gave us bread, jam and fresh fruit. I totally recommend.

The personal touches that Francesco, the concierge provided. From driving us the town and picking us up, to arranging a rental car. Daily service was also very much appreciated by Alexandria. Also having a well equipped kitchen and getting coffee pods to last us the whole week. I would definitely stay there on our next trip to Santorini. Oh and having our own pool was truly a treat!

By far the best stay ever, the service was really amazing! The 2 brothers were extremely helpful and courteous, always available, just a message away. I’ll book this hotel again for another trip, highly recommended, they will make it feel like home for anyone. The views are stunning, short walk to amazing Oia village with breath taking views. The jacuzzi was warm and super clean, they clean it every day and cover it when not being used. They gave welcome fruits, wine, bread and basic food, amazing cutlery. Everything was just impressive. Super clean and just amazing, super perfect!

We really had a pleasurable experience, especially as a family, very family, friendly resort, our host Alex at the front desk was just an amazing guy. Like a wizard he made everything happen in minutes. The housekeeping stuff was also very pleasant and thorough with providing all services. We will surely return to this property again in the near future, a true nature resort. Till next time 👍

Villas are located part way between Oia shopping and Ammoudi Bay which is a blessing and a curse since both require going up/down hills. However Ammoudi bay has a free shuttle hear the villas which is helpful. The beds at the villas are very hard. The pool is at a good temperature. It is not a hot tub though. Breakfast comes within an hour of when you select it delivered. Sunsets viewing options are close. Staff is helpful.

We loved this place, it was quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds and the noise. The view was beautiful aspecially when relaxing and cooling down by or in the pool. Place was clean and welcoming with food items waiting for us when we checked in. It was well apointed with a nice kitchen and fridge stocked with water, fruit, bread, and other items. Service was attentive and welcoming and we were all happy with our stay. Note the walk to town is a little steep at about 15 minutes, so you will get your exercise. There are free shuttles to Ammoudi. Taxi to Oia is pricy relative to the 3 minute drive that it is, we chose to walk and enjoy the open air and the exercise.

This property was perfecf for our stay in Oia Santorini. The property is down the hill from Oia. A quick 10 minute walk but steep hill. Outside of the property there were Free Shuttles to Ahmoudi bay where you have 4 great restaurants with perfect views of the Sunset. Sunset bar was our fav and also Michael Jordan and Oprah been here.. Alex our concierge took care of everything. Rentals and airport transfers. Also a great breakfast. The pool for each villa was perfect and made our stay in Santorini relaxing since there are not many beaches near Oia... Would definitely recommend to any American looking for perfect stay in Oia. Make sure you rent a car or vehicle if staying for few days to visit other towns. Oia is always crowded except for late evenings.
