This is small unique boutique property. Location is perfect and walkable to a lot! The views are just killer! Breakfast was simple but adequate. Note that if you book 2 rooms of the same room type they may look drastically different as was our case. I wasn’t particularly crazy about the room I ended up in but made it work. The second room was awesome and I’d book that specific room again in a heartbeat! Overall you can’t go wrong with this property.

Our stay at this hotel was a real pleasure. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff help us to find activities to do during all our stay. We stayed a week in Santorini. Beautiful, clean hotel with great caldera and city views. They cleaned the room daily, friendly staff, and they have a small parking lot (which seems rare now after seeing other hotels on the caldera) which we used to park a rented ATV. Location was great, many good restaurants nearby but quieter than being in the middle of Fira. Some reviews complained about breakfast, I’m not sure why, it was free and was plenty. They bring breakfast to your table with numerous options, it is not buffet like some older pictures show but we looked forward to it everyday. We had a couples massage, pricing was fair in my opinion (not cheap, not overpriced), but the massage was excellent (one of the best we’ve had). We had an upgraded room with a balcony, not sure what the cave rooms are like. We had a “plunge tub” on our balcony. We assumed it would be an hot tub, it is actually cold. We checked out some other hotels and apparently the cold tubs are common because it’s so hot in the summer. Overall would highly recommend.

Well you can't add much about the view I dont think, wow? We booked the honeymoon suite for our 25th anniversary and it was well worth it, if you can, do so, we had a panoramic view 24/7. The facility is lovely and very well placed, we had a great time and the staff were very helpful with everything!

Costas was very accommodating from the beginning to the end of my stay in Santorini! The rest of the staff were great as well! I loved my terraced room and the view of the ocean!
