Firalia, Casa in Rock Suites. Everything about this place was great! The team were so friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful to start off the day. The location of this hotel was centrally located to everything. We walked to restaurants, shopping and things to do around the town. Firalia is a cliff side property with stunning views . The steps up to the shops and the center of town are right next to it. Kristos and Jorge took care of us like family. The rooms are literally built into the rock (In Rock Suites!) Highly recommend staying here

We expected to have a balcony based on property and room selection). While the roof above our room acted as a terrace, it was not private. Thank goodness for Teo--he helped with our luggage. Over 60 steps to get down to the hotel--not so bad going down, much harder going up to the main levels. The sunsets were very NICE.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. George was beyond helpful and accommodating. He coordinated our pickup and drop off to the property at a late hour and our ride to the airport. This is a smaller hotel and the staff there is super nice!! They were very kind and accomodating in making sure our stay was great. The hotel is very reasonably priced with a good location, and the place looks very nice, it matches the Santorini style I was looking for. Also, we could order a very nice complimentary breakfast every day that was perfect for getting the day started. Highly recommend!
