Absolutely beautiful room. Exactly like the photos. My only advice is to make sure you read the check-in instructions. They were very easy to follow when I actually read them haha. Staff were so lovely and went above expectations when I needed help. I would 100% recommend staying here especially for a nice couples get away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Family Love Suites! Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our room was spotless, very clean, new, and beautifully organized. Housekeeping was always on time, everything was kept in perfect order, and the ladies who took care of our room were incredibly kind and friendly. Ireni at the reception and the owner were both absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. When we arrived around noon, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but instead of simply asking us to wait, they gave us access to another property they own with a pool. They provided us with towels and told us we were welcome to use the pool throughout our entire stay. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious every day, with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The jacuzzi was also impeccably clean, and they even adjusted the temperature for us so we could enjoy it comfortably. The location is another great advantage. It’s about a 8–10 minute walk to the center of Fira, the main street, and the main square where everyone gathers and walks around. We walked there every day, and there is also a laundry service conveniently located nearby. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay. Ein netter Empfang zuerst an der Rezeption im Schwester Hotel, welches 100 m entfernt von Family love suites liegt. Wir wollten früheren Check-in haben und der Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Wartezeit dürften wir bei Pool in diesem Hotel verbringen, sogar Handtücher bekommen und konnten sich im Pool abkühlen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, Whirlpool war wie auf den Bilder, klein und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich kann dieses Hotel als sehr gastfreundlich und gut bezeichnen. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten vom Busbahnhof Fira entfernt.
