This stay was maybe only tolerable for one night. Firstly, the hotel lot was dirty (empty can, trash on the floor, empty tuna cans, etc). Our room smelt of mold and had visible mold in the shower that was spackled over. There was no hot water. The room was constantly very humid due to the lack of ventilation. The bedding was visibly dirty on all beds. The towels were smelly. My group found 4 large roaches scurrying around coming from holes in the bathroom. The room did not come with any extremities such as a large trash can, blow dryer, sink, microwave. Overall you could find something better for a similar price.

La habitación es muy muy pequeña nada que ver con las fotos y muy muy sucia el baño tiene humedad en las paredes y huele mucho a humedad sábanas llenas de pelos parece que nunca las cambian la TV no funciona no hay servicio de limpieza a diario el aire acondicionado funciona cuando quiere no hay recepción cuando mandamos mensaje al chico que nos dio las llaves nunca nos responde. El hotel es horribleeee

Posizione strategica, a pochissimi passi dal centro di Fira. L’accesso alla stanza è semplice e il personale è disponibile e rapido nel rispondere su WhatsApp per qualsiasi informazione. Purtroppo, l’unico grande punto negativo riguarda la pulizia e l’igiene della camera: la stanza era anche maleodorante, e abbiamo trovato capelli, polvere e peli in quantità inaccettabile. Anche la pulizia dei sanitari era decisamente insufficiente e le lenzuola risultavano macchiate, come se fossero state appoggiate a terra da bagnate. Inoltre, la stanza non è affatto insonorizzata: i vicini hanno fatto rumore e schiamazzi fino alle 4:30 del mattino, rendendo impossibile dormire. È un peccato, perché la posizione e la disponibilità del personale potrebbero rendere il soggiorno molto migliore.
