We thouroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was truely amazing and we felt George (the manager) and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. The breakfast was lovely, you can pick what you would like and they will bring it to your room! On the day we left, we left at 5am so the day before they left us a breakfast box so we wouldnt be hungry. The hotel itself was clean and everyday the room was kept clean and made sure we had clean towels and robes Before our arrival George contacted us and booked transfers for us which we paid before we left, and whilst we were there George gave us a list of open resturants as we went out of season with a map of the area and whilst we were there gave us taxi numbers when asked. The staff were friendly and welcoming!

From the moment we arrived we were swept away by the stunning views, the impeccably clean and cozy room, the outdoor sauna looking out to the "lagoon" with the volcano crater in its midst, and last but not at all least, the warm welcome (prosecco included!) and the friendly and helpful staff. The system of ordering breakfast the day before and enjoying it in your room, worked very nicely for us. The Dreams Luxury Suites, though out of town, is only a 5 min walk from Ilios Bakery, where a large variety of satisfying meals can be had 24/7; and a 12-15 min walk in to Fira. We loved pur stay and highly recommend it!!!

Staff welcomed us very well when we arrived. They made sure we felt good and even contacted us before our arrival to plan with us our transportation from the airport. They helped us with places that were nice to visit on the island. They made us felt like we were home! The pool and the room were clean, spacious and unique! The view was just incredible. Absolutely perfect trip. Unbelievable room and view. The staff, George, George and Samantha, and the wonderful lady who cleaned our room was fantastic. Only hiccup was that our indoor jacuzzi was not warm, but this got fixed during our stay. The food was wonderful as well. I never say this since I like trying new places but I would without hesitation stay at Dreams again next time I'm in Santorini!! This has been the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Recently stayed in the two bedroom unit and we loved it. Beautiful sunsets right from your private patio/pool - why fight the crowds? It was a very clean hotel. The location was absolutely amazing if you are looking for quiet...away from the crowds, but yet still close enough. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It is about a 10-15 walk to Fira. Oia is a buss ride away. The views are out of this world...totally fell in love with this place!
