Loved our stay! Location in Oia was perfect! Heaps of great amenities and an extremely comfortable bed. Stunning views from both sides and beautiful sunsets from our private hot tub every night. Mario was a sensational host with great communication and greeted us to bring up our bags. He also organised transport on our departure and stored our bags after checkout which made for a very relaxed stay.

We loved the space and the communication with the host. However the hot tub leaked so if we wanted to sit out on the deck we were walking in water so our feet were always wet. Also the toilet seat was broke and the shade broke when we tried to roll it up and the housekeeper said she’d tell the manager but it was never fixed so we had to leave it down. Also the room needed some freshening up. And lastly when we went to use the plates, they were left dirty so I had to wash them. We also didn’t think there would be a large building directly in front of our view

We stayed in the Captain’s Suite. The view was spectacular from there. The spot where the jacuzzi was felt private too. The room was pretty and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with what you needed too. Check in was very smooth and great. Our pickup and the communication was very quick and attentive. However, we could tell the property wasn’t well maintained. The hanger for the hand towel was broken and left in the bathroom vanity, the tile covering the piping in the wall was disconnected and laying against the wall, there was leaking under the shower wall that was meant to keep the water in, the lights outside our door weren’t working, we had to fix the bed frame because the mattress was dropping down in one corner, the breakfast was a small poor quality breakfast that they picked up from some small place down the street. This place isn’t an actual hotel with a lobby, it’s more of a rental stay. The door to the entrance was hidden behind an atm, if it weren’t for a pickup we would’ve never found it. I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. They market it as a luxury stay when it’s definitely not.

カルデラビューの部屋に宿泊しました。目の前に建物がありますが道を挟んでいるおかげもあり全く圧迫感はなく想像以上の景色を堪能出来ました。夕日は部屋からは見ていないので分かりませんが、朝日がとても綺麗でした。バス停からは段差が多いですが、宿泊先まで従業員の方が荷物を行きも帰りも運んで下さり全く問題なかったです。また、オーナーの方もとても親切で部屋の使い方、周辺施設の事、ワイナリーへの行き方まで教えて下さり大変助かりました。おかげでサントリーニ島を楽しめました。とても素敵な宿なのでおすすめです。
