ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND I HAVE TRAVELLED TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES &NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW.I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos hotel,Ispecifically booked an paid for a room with an indoor hot tub which was A KEY REASON for my booking, especially considering the weather condition,however upon arrival , my room was given to someone else and I was given a room with outdoorhottube instead, the hotel response was to say(in a very rude way )that it was the “SAME ROOM CATEGORY’’ but this does not reflect the category of the experience.An indoor hot tube and an outdoor hot tube are not equivalent particularly in cold windy& rainy weather where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable,as result a major feature I paid for could not be used at all which significantly impacted my stay.when I raised the issue at reception,I did not feel supported .The response was dismissive and I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff,which added to the overall negative experience .I tried to seek assistance through Expedia(spent several hours)but was only able to access automated support which did not lead to any resolution.The repetition of these automated replies further added to the frustration.Overall, this experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and had a significant negative impact on what was meant to be a relaxing trip.
