Beautiful hotel. Pool is gorgeous. In the prettiest part of the island. 20 minute walk to Fira which you won’t mind as it is scenic most of the way. Sourdough at the breakfast buffet is the best I ever had. Definitely have a slice. Staff was helpful.

The hotel and staff were exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, and the beautiful views made our stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Stunning sea view from the caldera and great location away from the Oia and Fira crowds! Hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable and had incredible amenities. Loved the pool, sauna, gym, breakfast/brunch, restaurant, and the easy access to the path to Oia. Staff were also amazing and provided great recommendations and activity options. Our stay was perfect! ❤️

This is a hidden gem in Imerovigli. The Caldera panorama rooms are gorgeous & the views are extraordinary from this property. This hotel is the perfect midpoint between Fira and Oia. The property is gorgeous and the staff are all wonderful and very helpful - Eleni, Alicia and all the others. Wonderful breakfast too. Enjoyed the spa amenities too. Highly recommend for couples and families. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed four nights in this hotel. The location is perfect. Easy to reach by taxi from the airport, so you don't need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Imerovigli is also perfect if you're looking for a quieter area than Fira and Oia. Fira is a 20-minute walk away. You can also take a bus from Imerovigli to Oia for 2.20 euro (also, finding the bus station is a bit tricky. If you Google enough, you will find the right one). The view from our room was exceptional! The staff are super friendly. On the first night, there was a minor but constant buzz from the bedside lights even when they were off. I informed Reception (Ershad), and they fixed it promptly the next day. The buffet breakfast was good enough, and the staff were super helpful with coffee or orange juice. The room is cleaned twice a day. You get a very nice welcome surprise, which I don't spoil! Our room had a jacuzzi, but we found it a bit tricky to use. For some reason, at night, when the weather was colder, it didn't heat up enough, even when we set the desired temperature to max. It got hotter when the weather was warm enough. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal, so we didn't ask for help. But I personally don't recommend getting the room with a jacuzzi. Also, the outdoor pool, even though it looked super nice to the point that everyone passing by from the front of the hotel stopped and looked at the hotel- I'm not sure if it was heated. We used it only once. All in all, great hotel and highly recommended!
