A very nice stay... the room was clean the staff was very friendly. We did not stray outside of the resort so I won't comment. Some of the room fixtures were dated but it did not deter from the experience. Plenty of amenities to keep you busy...or you can just relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Nice resort.

Property was well kept, clean toiletries were available. Staff very professional and helpful. Short walk from beach to snack bar, and laboratory. Beer was very cold. Bartenders were personalabe. Rooms can be updated but very clean, AC worked well, water power was on point. Beach was clean as well as the pool. I felt safe. Food was hot, a variable of choices. Love the theme buffets. I will visit again.

This hotel is very ok . The staff has good customer service. However, there’s no elevator at this hotel & I was on the last floor at the sea view. The food was not that good, they need better cheff to cater to diverse cultures& I was very displeased with the food I went on the street to get food which was sad because it was an all inclusive hotel . The entertainment was ok because they had the children involved.

The property is right on a beautiful beach. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very dated but not in bad conditions, only negative experience was that our air conditioning started to leak excessively. Breakfast was always great, and the à la carte restaurant is amazing. This is a good option if you are a traveling on a budget. The property was always clean all through out. We had a great experience over all.

This place is fantastic it's convenient to get to from the airport we were lucky and they were able to give us an early check-in to our room. Emmaneul and his team at the front desk were very accommodating. The bars, the food selection at the buffets were plenty and delicious. The property is walkamave there are two pools. The little gift shop has everything you could need on a whim. Very convenient. Also going outside for a little walk to check out the town. They have reataunce, salons, gift shops that might be a little cheaper than the one on site. The housekeep girls are great also. 10/10 recommend.

The resort is set up in a garden where you find several swimming pools, a basketball shoot place, a nice beach with several options. You can paddle, canoe, banana tug, excursion desk, really a paradise! Regarding food you have your choice according to the hour you are in the different hours daily. I recommend the buffet restaurant that has themed days every day. The rooms are large and air conditioned, with a nice bed, a good tv and fan ceiling. My husband and me enjoyed our stay. It’s great for families with kids, reunions or a very nice holiday! The lobby is also well maintained and the staff is very polite and welcoming.

This was a nice economical resort. A lot of local people but very enjoyable people.. Nothing like punta cana for those who enjoy that type of atmosphere.. The food was ok.. The snack area was great.. Had one issue my room, the AC was not working.. Had to spend the night in a very humid room. Spent the whole next day trying to get a new room. Only bad experience. Outside of that I enjoyed the beach and pool areas. Bars were great.. Bar staff and maids were great..

I’d like to thank the entire staff, but I want to give a special shout-out to Virgilio at reception for everything he did to ensure we had the best possible experience and accommodations. The greatest asset of this resort is its people—the customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food could use some improvement, but it’s fair for the price and still offers a decent variety of options.

Definitely the best bang for your buck!! Obviously not the fanciest place but it truly was pretty great. The facility is older but they do a great job keeping up with maintenance and an amazing job keeping it clean. The staff is amazing!! So kind and def there to help. Food was a little repetitive but even though we are pretty picky eaters we were able to find something at the buffet at every meal. I would def visit again.
