The staff kindly changed my room after I raised concerns. The first room had a see-through street-facing curtain, visible water damage on the walls, a rusty stove, and a poorly flushing toilet. The second room was better, but there was no hot water despite being told there would be, and the mattress was old, dirty, and worn out. The hotel needs significant improvements. It’s located upstairs, requiring many stairs to reach the check-in desk. The area is noisy due to nearby businesses and a colmado, so avoid street-facing rooms—or the hotel altogether.
