10/10!!! Nothing fancy but definitely a nice hotel. The rooms were clean & sanitary, staff was amazing and very very helpful! Pool was very nice & kept warm no matter the time. Staff allowed us to swim after 10pm. Coffee taste great. Very close to the malecon for a nice walk & food options. Overall, this was a nice stay, I can definitely see myself coming back. My husband & I came for a weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted & could expect!! 10/10!!!

Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room, beginning in the very early morning, at least in the studio room we were in (room 1). There's a business across the street that can be quite noisy, and the street itself can get busy with vehicle noise. The included breakfast was simple, but adequate and tasty. A cheese omelette, some fresh fruit, coffee, and reconstituted juice beverage. A great location if you want to take a quick walk to the malecon, or a short drive to lots of amenities!

What a surprise! Tucked behind the giant Oceanside hotels but at 70% less in cost, this very clean, but simple hotel is a hidden gem we found on accident. Free breakfast, ice cold AC, and plenty of free and safe street parking. Breakfast was included!

Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.

The staff seem to be very nice however the pool is filthy and someone took a gold Tiffany’s chain from my room . Thankfully it was not a genuine Tiffany’s and the manager told me that they would reimburse the stolen item but I haven’t heard nothing yet .

Bon rapport qualite prix.

Buen hotel y bellas facilidades, la decoración es hermosa. Lo único es que en la noche se escuchaba en la habitación personas conversando en la calle y estábamos en un 2do piso. Pero nada molestoso, definitivamente volveríamos a visitarlos.
