I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riazor. The hotel is updated, has an elevator, very clean, laundry facilities at a low cost. Very well located. Only 25 minutes from airport. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend. Staff was helpful, air conditioning worked wonderfully.

The room was clean, the air conditioner and bed good. But the refrigerator didn't work and the staff give permission to a visitor to go directly to my room without permission around midnight and I think this is really dangerous because they don't know if this person it's looking for me to kill me or something else bad.

The hotel is situated near the Malecón and other entertainment venues. The included breakfast at the Manolo restaurant is excellent. The hotel is very welcoming, and the staff is very attentive. The only thing I would add would be softer pillows—perhaps scented with lavender—to help guests relax more effectively; and, if this is a smoke-free establishment, the staff should enforce this rule, as one night someone was smoking weed on the premises. I will stay again!
