This is a hidden gem! Very well located, clean, comfy, super hospitable ! The lady who handled our check in was very helpful and made a lot of effort to translate and communicate with us, and gave a lot of advice, as well as we were able to choose the room. I highly recommend!

What I liked that it was footsteps away from El Conde and easy access to all the restaurants, so the location was great. The Hotel itself waa very Colonial which I loved. They can put more staff I felt terrible for the lady that took care of us from the 1st day of our arrival she was overworked even though she did great, I have nothing bad to say about the place really it was very clean I was happy.

Just keep expectations low. I was given a room on the second level and shower didn't work and sink didn't drain. Bed was comfortable and ac worked though

The room was nothing like pictures the reservation was not reserved it was first come first serve the water wasnt hot tv wasnt a ty was a 14inch monitor and had to leave due to family emergency didnt refund me and there is a kitchen with no stove

I have being traveling here for work for over fifteen years, this has been the worst Hotel. The sewer gas within the room, unkept property deferred maintenance, untrained staff. This place needs help.
