The staff is amazing and the rooms are always clean. We visited last year and the hotel is just as amazing back then as it is now, and like before, my mother absolutely loves the free breakfast-- I do, too!

Disliked: Staff & service
Terrible at the end, very rude staff at the front desk , accused us to spend something from the minibar, like $2' in a very unprofessional way Note, that we never used the minibar, and never recieved a lust of the items that we were supposed to find there. Experience was good till that moment.

We only stayed for one night, but we liked the area, room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaint is that at the time of check in, the front desk guy wanted to charge me for an extra guest even though I have paid for an extra guest already. He said I paid for two minors and my children of 14 and 17 years old weren’t minors, even though when I bought my stay I said my children were 14 and 17, so that didn’t make sense to me. At the end we enjoyed the stay and had so much fun in the area.
