The best Ritz Carlton I’ve ever stayed in. Service and attitude of staff was exceptional. Great restaurant on first floor. The Club Level had great food and beverage selections and an awesome breakfast in the morning. Recommend this hotel highly as it exceeded all expectations

The hotel’s AC isn’t working properly, and most of the guests are American, but the TV only has one American channel. The reception staff isn’t very friendly, but the restaurants and the service there are excellent. The food was fantastic overall.
