Está a dos cuadras de la estación de metro y plaza de armas, lo cual tiene muy buena conectividad a otras zonas de Santiago. El baño tenía bañera con ducha teléfono el cual estaba roto y no se podía colgar y le faltaba un poco de limpieza.
