Great base for exploring Santiago. Rooftop pool view was very nice and staff were so helpful calling British Airways for us as we had an issue with our suitcases arriving.

Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago.

The check in was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located and has a nice lobby and bar area. Overall rooms are clean, however the rooms are a bit tired- the bathroom was looking tired and worn and there was damage to many of the fittings. The table in the room bashed and battered. The breakfast is not good. We paid for this as an add on to our booking and regretted it. Selection wasn’t great and the “hot” food was cold. Pool is not heated, so not able to be used which was disappointing.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, nice reception area with free coffee and a lovely breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom was clean, nice and spacious, only the blind to the shower could not be pulled up. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view and the pool looks great even though it was too cold for a dip.

Our experience was wonderful in Solace Hotel Santiago. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast and dinner very good. We loved the sunset view from the terrace with nice music . The staff were extremely amable and helpful. We got in early morning from USA . Staff arranged to be picked at airport and although checking in was at 3 pm we were accommodated upon our arrival , so we could rest . Everything was great!
