Beautiful hotel located in the perfect location! I chose this hotel so that I could walk to everything that I was doing while in Santiago. It worked out perfectly! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I arrived early and the front desk worked hard to get me in a room right away. The bartenders were fabulous and so fun! And our servers at the restaurant were great! And the food was wonderful! My son and I spent time out by the pool and the view was spectacular! We literally had the perfect stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room. Very spacious with a very comfortable large king size bed. Great location a couple mins walk to the train. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. The only issue we had here was that uber drivers could never get to us so we would have to walk the nearby laneway and book from the main street.
