Great hotel that is located in a great area. There are several restaurants and stores. We walked everywhere and didn't feel it was far from anything. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide free water and soda in the room along with breakfast every morning with many options. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

My wife and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and we decided to make Solace our stay of choice, the staff was very customer friendly and even though we spoke English they made sure the information provided was clear and precise, a big thank you to our room maid Nicole she made sure our room was properly clean, overall it’s a 5 star rating for us and we would definitely book our stay at SOLACE again it was a great experience.

The 3rd time at the Solace and we will never consider another hotel as it delivers what we need, i.e friendly staff, clean rooms with always free water and coffee, nice breakfast and good location. Also free parking

A very nice hotel with a great pool, gym and bar area. The service in the rooftop bar is pretty bad and they had less than half the food and drinks menu available but the view is worth it. The rooms are excellent

Great hotel

Service of staff was really great, always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, things to improve would be seemed difficult to regulate the temperature of the room, and the bed needed a mattress protector.

Nice looking hotel. The reception are really nice. We were given room 401, view onto a building and like a generator. Fine for us as we were not spending much time at the hotel. Good transport options for exploring Santiago and the front desk were able to provide helpful directions. There are many positives but I was disappointed by the 24hr pool which isn’t heated. I would have liked to have an evening swim. Though there is a gym there wasn’t really a shower so not ideal if you go after check out.
