The place is very nice. Although the rooms are small, they are well equipped, for example, they have a small freezer, which is very practical on hot days to store drinks and other things. They also have air conditioning. In addition to this, there is a small television and the WiFi is quite good, which did not disconnect at any time. This is very important for those who work online. Both the bed and the shower are spacious, which for people like me, who are a bit bulky, is especially comfortable. Coffee, tea and fresh water are free. The owner, as well as the cleaning staff, are very nice people. The only drawback was an annoying noise, a brief humming that could be heard from time to time (the air conditioning was off). Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Severe bed bug issue. My friend and I both have over 100 bites each from only one night. As soon as we realized we had reactions, we told the owner. We were out at a museum and asked her to check our beds as we were concerned. She said she didn’t see any bed bugs but removed the mattresses from there just in case. When we returned to the room, we found a bed bug on the wall, so it was clear they existed even if she claims she didn’t see them. We left immediately, got a refund for our original two night booking. The next day she had someone come to fumigate the place and she also asked if we wanted our bags fumigated. She paid for our uber and laundry, not the hotel stay we had to book instead. We don’t want this to happen to anyone else here, even though she took action immediately, and offered us a free week stay next time we’re in Santiago, we will never stay here again.

Fantastisk værtinde

Værtinden var meget sød og hjælpsom, huset godt beliggende og værelset var fint udstyret, men vores nattesøvn blev forstyrret af et udendørs lys, som lyste hele natten, samt et, der blev aktiveret, hver gang en bil eller person passerede. Desuden var der en høj, mekanisk dunkelyd i væggen, som forstyrrede til ud på natten (måske den slukkede airconditionanlægge eller måske naboværelset, der brugte vand??)
