Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Good but……

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

Nice and cost effective hotel

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

Great location and good value for the room!

It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Good location, mediocre hotel.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Voltarei a me hospedar.

A localização do hotel é ótima, central e não pareceu nada perigosa. Fica dentro de uma galeria comercial e de condomínios residenciais, é seguro para sair para passeios de madrugada e voltar a noite. Tem a estação de metrô La Moneda em frente a entrada principal do hotel. Para dormir é ótimo porque é silencioso e confortável. Ficamos 5 dias e a roupa de cama não foi trocada, mas tirando uma mancha de tinta no lençol, a roupa de cama estava limpa. Tivemos apenas um problema com o aquecimento da água do banheiro em uma noite, mas resolvida no dia seguinte e justificaram que foi devido ao horário de pico com redução de pressão do gás, o que não é uma causa justificável para um hotel em uma cidade que é rodeada por neve no inverno.

Aconchegante e perto de tudo

Realmente é como nas fotos. Hotel fica dentro de um complexo de prédios do Governo, com isso possui muita segurança. Da para fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã bom, mas todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas. A massa folhada com creme é uma delícia vale a pena provar. Funcionários educados e mesmo para quem não fala espanhol eles entendem. Ficamos em um quarto que parecia um apartamento, tinha cozinha equipada com utensílios, um sofá cama e cama confortáveis. Senti falta da tampa do ralo da banheira (uma mini banheira). Não tem espaço de bancada no banheiro, mas isso não é nada demais. A vista é deslumbrante. Recomendo
