Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design

Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

The hotel and staff were very helpful and professionally. The rooms were confortable and clean. The breakfast staff are very friendly. Location is far from city center but very safe. The location is in a vsry ruch area and don"t expect any friendly people. Ashame because the hotel is very elegant.

Great location. Nice modern boutique hotel but getting outdated floors in the room was warped from water damage and wear. Also the shaving kit is the worst ever , expectations were higher for a 220USD + / night hotel.

This hotel is ok. Jr suite room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. But don’t be fooled this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It’s not even a 4 star hotel. This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. Service was average Hotel quality was average Breakfast was average. Location is average Hotel amenities are less than average Ya it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just no 5 star hotel.
