Santiago NH hôtel

Perfect location, with a large shopping mall next door and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is very good, but above all I would like to highlight the outstanding service at the reception, which truly deserves praise. Thank you for this pleasant stay!

Old rooms that need renovation. Clogged shower drain, malfunctioning coffee machine. In general, some parts appear to have been recently repainted, and a few wooden details are damaged. Staff speak little English and do not always maintain the communication standards expected of an international-level hotel.
