Cosy, comfortable and clean rooms

Very cosy, comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel is located is an upmarket area just across the mall. Breakfast is lovely with multiple hot and cold selections. We had a very good stay.

The hotel was good, I think the rooms need a bit of upgrading, though. The toilet in our room never fully flushed, and it took several attempts to flush it completely every time. The safe didn't work. The coffee maker was a bit hit and miss. However, the staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was quite good, with many options, and the hotel's location and facilities were very clean and nice. I think maybe upgrading the rooms a bit would be good, but it was a good option for our stay in Santiago.

The hotel itself is clean, quiet and very friendly staff. A very good breakfast bar is included with eggs, bacon, fruits, pastries, etc. The hotel is right next door to a multi-level shopping mall with Starbucks, several restaurants (Thai food, pizza, burger/beer joint, sushi, and Peruvian sit-down restaurant). There's also a grocery store there. Everything is very clean, bright, new, and as nice as can be. The hotel is also close to downtown, great to catch Ubers or tour buses.
