Great choice

This is a trully amazing hotel. Brand new and impeccable conditions. Great rooms, gym and pool area. Location cannot be better. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel was good, I think the rooms need a bit of upgrading, though. The toilet in our room never fully flushed, and it took several attempts to flush it completely every time. The safe didn't work. The coffee maker was a bit hit and miss. However, the staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was quite good, with many options, and the hotel's location and facilities were very clean and nice. I think maybe upgrading the rooms a bit would be good, but it was a good option for our stay in Santiago.

Good Hotel

In general it was a good stay. Weird to hava a reception in the 12th floor. Phone did not work in arrival and had to be replaced. At times hard to get reception to answer. Magnificent view of Santiago from the room. Room service was very good. Good breakfast with many choices.
