Terrible experiencia, la encargada nos tuvo afuera del hotel, casi 20 minutos, en mitad de la noche, exponiéndose a cualquier penosa situación, se insistia tabto en timbre , como llamando, cuando al fin nos abren, la encargada responde prepotentemente, sabanas sucias, ducha tapada, impedimento para dormir, por molestos ruidos de noche, y para terminar hablando mal de nosotros, que nunca le faltamos el respeto.

Buena ubicación y muy buena voluntad del servicio.

Solo nos quedamos una noche en espera del vuelo siguiente. Lo elegimos por su cercanía al terminal de Tur Bus. Encontramos que la atención es muy bena y estan muy dispuestos a ayudarte a sentirte cómodo, pero la infraestructura no es muy cómoda. El colchón de la cama tenía algunos resortes sueltos y el cuarto carece de luz natural y le falta ventilación. Aparte de eso todo bien.

Hotel has no or very bad WIFI internet. I stayed in the hotel 5 years before and I made the booking by retrieved old email. The internet is not as good as 5 years before. Towards the end, we had to use international data roaming for internet access. They charge 37000peso or 55us$ for two people.

Não chega a ser um hotel péssimo, mas não vale o preço que foi pago. As pessoas da recepção são atenciosas, mas o hotel é bem velho. O café de manhã é só o café e um pão tostado.

Muy mala la atención. No recomendable

La atención del personal fue pésima. Mal humorada, de mal genio. Además, no encontraban la reserva y me obligaron a pagar en efectivo, siendo que en la página decía que recibían tarjeta y por eso lo elegimos al hotel. El desayuno paupérrimo. Pésima atención. Educación y cordialidad deberían enseñarles que es y cómo se aplican.

Lo bueno del hotel: - cercania del centro, al lado del terminal alameda uno se va caminando al hotel y esta cerca de tiendas y metro. - Internet aceptable - TV cable aceptable Lo malo del hotel: - No respetan el precio puesto en expedia.es. Fiz reserva. Cheguei no local às duas da manhã com minha esposa e a recepção disse que só havia um quarto com cama de solteiro. Depois de tanta confusão, entramos no "muquifo" uma tragédia! Madrugada, o quarto fedia à esgoto! Não se enganem com as fotos do site. Não correspondem.

Preparar al personal para una mejor atención.

La atención del personal fue muy mala, había una funcionaria colombiana que reclamaba por todo y de muy mal carácter al final cuando cometía errores decía. -es que yo pensé- parece que no tenía que pensar y hacer sus funciones con mejor disposición. Bueno que la persona (dueña) no era tan diferente. me toco observa que discutía por $ 5000 con por una pasajera que había entrado a la habitación y después no le gusto y se quiso ir, lo que pude escuchar de parte del pasajero, llevaba una hora y no le daba solución, eso habla del tipo de persona que atiende ese local.
