While the staff were helpful, the property was not great. AC was hardly working and the rooms were very uncomfortable. Nothing much that the staff could do. After check in, we had to wait for over an hour before we could leave, because our door would not close - they had to realign the door to get it to close! Also, the room safe would not work. This was fixed later. Surprising that we had such issues.

Love this hotel, the personal very nice and attentive. Rooms comfortable, but I book 2 queen beds and i got two doubles, it was little bit disappointing. There is a safe. And even if we where 4 in the room it was set for 2 people. i have to ask for more pillows. A lot of troubles with the air conditioner and it was a water lick in the shower, but after several attempts, they fix the ac, the lick still there The service at the dining room impeccable, and the people at the front desk very nice. walking distance from the metro station, restaurants and shopping centre 2 swimming pools, but the outside one very cold I will definitely recommend it

Pros: -Good breakfast with good selection of options -Nice view if you are on a higher up floor of nature and mountains. I believe this may be the south facing side of the hotel for this view. -Overall the staff were very nice. I even lost my AirPods one day and they found it for me quickly and the delivery was exceptional. -The restaurant has amazing food! Cons: -Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, I was disturbed every time -The wifi in the rooms can sometimes go in and out. Wifi is strongest and the best in the lobby -During my week long stay I tried to call the front desk 4 times. I only reached them once. I also tried to call housekeeping twice, I only reached them once. -When I first arrived, the room wasn’t the cleanliest, hair in the shower and all. But that was okay. However, when I came back to my room after being out and housekeeping came in, all they did was change my towels and make up my bed. Nothing seemed cleaner. Like they didn’t vacuum the floor, wipe down any countertops or anything of the sort. -In order to step into the shower, I felt like I was doing gymnastics. The bathtub is so high up, from the ground. I had to make sure I held onto the bar handles outside the bathtub going in and especially out of the shower to make sure I didn’t fall. -I was followed around the lobby by a security guard.Full disclosure, I am a black male and I didn’t see anyone else that looked me at the hotel during my 7 day stay. Racial profiling? Maybe.

While I stayed in other hotels in the area with comparable price points, and this one offered nice views, there were some things with this hotel that let it down. Cleanliness and service is one. For eg, I ordered room service at about 5pm one day, and my tray (as well as all the other trays in the hallway) were still there 8am the next morning. Staff friendliness was mixed - some were warm and others gave the vibe that they didn’t like having to help you. The flush mechanism in the cistern of the toilet needed to be fixed in my bathroom at one point and the maintenance man knocked then let himself straight in! I was in the room but he did not even give me time to get to the door. There was no way to properly secure the door from the inside with a deadbolt or safety chain. As a solo female traveller I did not like this at all. The wifi situation was abysmal - I never got a good signal and they even had “back up” options (which made no difference for me). Luckily I had an eSIM so I relied on this entirely. Food in the restaurant is good. Personally, having just stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Vitacura which is close by and where they have extra safety features and better service practice, I would not choose to stay here again.

I think overall it was a great experience. The only meal I did not enjoy was the ceviche, I ordered to my room and did not enjoy the taste much, it needed more flavor, a kick, more spice!

I sent a complaint to the property and I was met with correction of the issue and a nice response. Here was my issue, including the bed being TERRIBLE. I had back ache each day I woke up. To whom it may concern: First, I would like to thank you for your time reading my issue here. I would have liked to address you by first name but I was only given an email by hotel staff. I know how hard you work and I appreciate your attention to this email. I am writing to you today to express an issue that happened this morning around 610 am. I had a tour pick up at 630 am- along with about 30 other people. I knew breakfast wasn’t an option but I had expected to find at least hot water for tea. There was only coffee. I had thought I’d find this since we don’t have a way to make hot water in the room. The waitress was verging on harassing me. She approached me four times when trying to get water. The front desk person - Luis- was solution focused and got it for me. I tried to get more after he got a cup for me and the waitress again attacked me. Over hot water and tea. Side note- I bring my own tea bags when I travel because I have digestion issues. First- to be accosted like this when o am just waking up also disturbs my digestion. If I don’t have hot water in the morning to wake up to- I have severe gastro issues- I won’t go into my personal health issues but you should know I needed the hot water- I didn’t just want it. Now I am having a terrible time on my day vacation. How is a
