I was charged 70 dollars for showing up 2 hours earlier. I sent and email 1 week before asking for sn early check in. They told me that i could check in early but paying 70 dollars. There was no manager to talk or complain about it.

I think overall it was a great experience. The only meal I did not enjoy was the ceviche, I ordered to my room and did not enjoy the taste much, it needed more flavor, a kick, more spice!
